Sourcing OS panel: privacy policy

The Sourcing OS panel is an internal tool of Sweeney's Goods Ltd, used only by our own staff. It shows our own business data (stock in our pipeline, product flags, brand gating and duty rates) next to Amazon and SellerAmp product pages.

What it handles

• Sign-in: your Sourcing OS username, password and two-step code are sent once, over HTTPS, to our own server (sos.sweeneysgoods.co.uk) to sign you in. The extension keeps only the access key the server returns, in this browser's extension storage. It never stores your password.
• The product you are looking at: the product's ASIN, and the brand, title, category and platform shown on the page, are sent to our server to look up our data for that product. The extension shows that data in Chrome's side panel; it does not change the page.

What it does not do

• It sends nothing to anyone except our own server. No analytics, no advertising, no third parties.
• It does not read or record your browsing on other sites, or anything else on the page.
• No data is sold or transferred, or used for anything other than showing our data in the panel.

Signing out

Sign out (click the extension icon) revokes the access key on our server and removes it from your browser. An administrator can also sign any account out.
